Management Positions


We love to hire locally, but often find that positions specific to aerospace or composites are hard to find locally. So, we usually advertise these types of jobs on the internet and welcome local candidates too. We also accept resumes for aerospace positions even when we don’t have an opening, because we like to keep a database of potential candidates.

If your management experience is from a profession that is transferable, like human resources or manufacturing accounting, we usually look locally first, but welcome resumes from candidates elsewhere, who are specifically interested in living on the Olympic Peninsula. We only accept resumes for these positions, when we have an opening.

After we accept a resume and it has passed our screening criteria, we may initially do a phone interview, then an in-person interview. Before making an offer to the successful candidate, we do a psychometric assessment and reference checking. We are a drug free workplace, so all offers are made contingent upon passing a drug test.

Production Positions


Submit job interest through the Human Resources Department email at hr@acti.aero or calling (360) 452-6776 ext. 442. Job interest can also be submitted through online job boards such as Indeed.com and submitting a resume.



Other General Requirements

Jobs at ACTI involve potential access to “export controlled” information. Only applicants who are eligible for such access under U.S. law will be considered for employment.

Other general requirements are High school diploma or GED completed, one year continuous work history at one employer.

Professional Positions


We have a few professional positions like engineers, accountants, purchasing and human resources, but they are not often available. As we grow we expect more employment opportunities in these areas.

As with management positions, we accept resumes with aerospace experience anytime and only accept resumes with non-aerospace experience when there is an opening.
